On Saturday, April 4, Chinese Student Association hosted its annual Dragon Night show in Alden Memorial Hall. The beginning of the show, which was also the highlight, was the Lion Dance. The Lion Dance originated in China and is also the very traditional ceremonial dance in many other Asian countries in order to bring good luck. The food menu contained various choices of Chinese cuisines from meat to veggies, including pork, chicken, fish and lamb. The Chinese students cooperated with the Albanian, Korean and other students to produce professional performances from ballroom dance to hip hop dance, along with acoustic, pop, classic Chinese music, and trending Korean songs, which all were enjoyed by audience. Overall, everything was very well-prepared and delightful.
